2 cups cold milk
3 packages (4 serving size) Jell-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie filling
1 Tsb lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 tub cool whip -thawed
2 1/2 cups mini marsmallows
2 Tbsp cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 cups cold milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and juice. Beat with wire wisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Mixture will be thick.

Spread 1 1/2 cups of the pudding mix onto bottom of crust, set aside. Add 1/2 of the cool whip to remaining pudding mix; stir gently until well blended. Spread over pudding layer in crust. Place 2 cups of the marshmallows in microwave bowl. Add 2 Tbsp milk; stir. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until cooled. Gently stir in cool whip. spread over pudding mixture

Refigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with remaining marshmallows just before serving, Store leftover pie in refigerator.
