Directions:Put crabmeat in a food processor and grind smooth. Mix together crabmeat, cream cheese, and all the ingredients except the won ton skins and egg whites Place a won ton skin on a plate with each corner pointing at a point on the compass. Moisten the edge of the skin around the edges with the egg whites. Place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center of the skin. Pull up the four corners of the won ton skin and while squeezing out the air, seal the edges together. Repeat until all of the filling is gone. Place rangoons in a container and put in the freezer for at least an hour. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Deep fry rangoons several at a time until golden brown. Watch for filling blowouts.
