1 medium head of cabbage
1 package of egg noodles
1/2 package of bacon
1 small onion chopped course
3 cloves of garlic minced
Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and core cabbage
Place cabbage in a pot of boiling water and simmer until the cabbage starts to soften.
Remove and allow the cabbage to cool.
Cook noodles according to the package directions.
Fry bacon until crisp place on paper towels and let cool.
Drain oil out of bacon pan reserving a tablespoon in pan.
Saute onions and garlic in bacon grease until soft.
Chop cooled bacon fine.
Cut cooled cabbage into fine strips.
Add cabbage and drained noodles to pan with onions
Cook over medium heat until cabbage is done.
Serve with your favorite sausage.
