1 1/4 lbs. ground meat
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
sour cream
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375º. Spray large cookie sheet with Pam.
2. Brown meat in skillet. Add taco seasoning and water according to pkg. directions. mix well. Heat until bubbly. Reduce heat to med. Cook until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in cheese. Set aside.
3. unroll both cans of dough, separated into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles on cookie sheet with short sides of triangles toward center, overlapping into wreath shape and leaving a 5 inch round opening in center. Lightly press short sides of dough to flatter slightly.
4. Spoon meat filling onto widest part of dough. Pull end points of triangle over filling and tuck under dough to form ring. (Filling may be visible.)
5. Bake for 20-25 min. or until golden brown.
6. Loosen baked ring with spatula, slide onto serving platter. Spoon lettuce into center of ring. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
