4 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup red syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup pecans

Mix all together and bake in crust at 325º for One hour

This is the recipe in my mothers recipe box that is hand written in Grandma's handwriting. I have made this several times and it does remind me of Grandma's famous Pecan Pie, but nothing taste the same the way Grandma would make it.
