Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pounds ground round
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3/4 can canned milk
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato juice
1 onion, chopped well
6 tablespoons shortening
8 or 9 tablespoons flour
4 or 5 teaspoons chili power

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly; reserving the shortening. With wet fingers shape mixture into balls. Add shortening to pan and fry meatballs until almost done. Remove from pan and drain off most of the dripping, reserving some drippings. Then add tomato juice and cook on low. This will make a nice gravy to serve over mashed potatoes or rice. You might need to use more or less of the tomato juice when making the gravy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The meatballs rolled in the chili powder gives a very unique flavor. These were a favorite with Pearl's family. ENJOY!
