Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The first time I went to the farm with your daddy, Grandma made this recipe in a small dishpan. I had never seen anyone cook in a dishpan before but believe me when I say, she already new she needed the biggest thing she could find to bake this cobbler in. She always used fresh peaches which she added sugar and they created their own juicy succulent liquid. With all the family there, it was all gone by the end of the day except a small bowl full. They had their on peach trees so peaches were plentiful which she put in the freezer to have during the winter months.
I love, love, love this cobbler! It always makes me think of the country life on the Braddy farm, Of a simpler place and time.
