2 cups of broccoli
2 cups of cauliflower
1/2 cup of mayo
2 eggs
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 box of crushed croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables for 5 min (lightly salted water). Drain and put in casserole dish. Beat eggs and combine with mayo, onion, mushroom soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle rest of cheese over top. Pour melted butter over top. Distribute croutons over melted butter. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
