2 lbs green beans
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp grated orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Trim beans and cut on the diagonal and cook in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender, crisp, for about 4 minutes. Drain. Melt butter and honey in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add beans, pecans, cranberries and orange zest, tossing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
