Sprouted lentils - 1 packet (500 gms)
Green Chilly - 3
Onion - 1 big
Curry leaves - 1 bunch
Coconut - scrapped 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 2 inches cut in small pieces
Mustard
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sprouted lentils in the microwave with little water and salt. Cut onion, chilly and to the cooked lentils along with coconut and curry leaves. Splutter mustard and then add the mix. Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cabbage by making space in the center of the pot and cover for 5 minutes. Open and mix the whole thing. Dish ready.
