4 c. uncooked pasta (four different shapes)
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c, sliced fresh mushrooms
2 jars (26 ounces each) meatless spaghetti sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, green peppers, onions and
mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink: drain.

Drain pasta and place in a large bowl; stir in the beef mixture, 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and egg. Transfer to greased 13 in. X 9 in. baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350º for 25 – 30 minutes, uncovered, until heated through. Serves 4-5.
