3- 4 heads of young kohlrabi
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbs butter
1 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
salt & pepper
1/3 cup of fresh chopped parsley
1 tbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
-peel kohlrabi and cut in bite size pieces
boil in lightly salted water for 10 min.
- when they almost tender, drain and catch the
liquid.
- melt butter in the same pot and add 1 tbs of
flour. Cook for 1 min and fill 1/2 cup of cooking
water and 1/2 cup of milk into the flour mix.
-stir frequently until the sauce is smooth.
- season with nutmeg , salt and pepper and
add the parsley.
