2 8-oz bags fresh un-cut green beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Place green beans in a single layer in the pan. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, and drizzle oil over all. Toss gently to coat. Bake for 12 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
