Vegetable (cluster beans) amraka

½ kilo beans
1 potato
1 big tomato
Carom seeds (ajwain) ½ tsp
Jeera ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Onion 1 big cut small
Oil 2 ½ table spoon
Mustard seeds
Sugar
Peanut 1 tablespoon
Garlic 2 to 3 flake
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Sugar a pinch

In the cooker pour oil and add the mustard , jeera, ajwain once its spulter add garlic and the onion once it turns a little transperant add the dry masala (chilli coriander turmeric) shake for a minute and add tomato with coriander leaves and salt let it stand for a minute or two add the cluster beans and potato and sprinkle a little water close and give two or three whistle.
Yummy with salad or chapatti
Vegetable Doodhi /brinjal and potato(for brinjal add 1 tomato extra) /
Same as above except carom seeds
