1200 to 1300 gms chicken
Coriander powder 8 teaspoon
Chillie powder 3 teaspoon (eastern Kashmiri chilli)
Tumeric 1 teaspoon
Garam masala ¾ teaspoon
(in a sauce pan dry fry the coriander powder on low heat till you get a aroma of coriander, add chilli fry for a minute and remove pan and add garam masala and turmeric.)

Coconut pieces - ½ of ½ coconut
Onions 2
Ginger 1” pieces
Garlic 3-4 cloves (for garnishing)

In a pot use coconut oil and fry the coconut piece first till lightly brown add onion and fry till lightly brown add curry leaves and then chicken with 1 table spoon of salt and leave it to change color also water to ooz then add the fried masala and leave it on low fire for water to release, then add 1 cup or required water and let it boil till the oil separates, put it in a pot.
