1 # sauerkraut
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 T chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Run sauerkraut under cold water, then let drain while you make the rest;
Place 2/3 c. sugar and 1/3 c. vinegar into saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and pour over all the vegetables that you have mixed together with the drained kraut in large bowl. Chill.
