1 beef tongue
2 garlic cloves
2-3 sprigs parsley
1 t tarragon
6 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
4 whole allspice
1 T salt
½ c white vinegar
8 peppercorns
½ c water
1 onion
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tongue in 1 t tarragon, bay leaf, salt 8 peppercorns, onion, and garlic with water to cover. Then add last ingredients to store.
