Hamburger Pannfish with Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients: 750 g potatoes 600 g salmon filet 1 stalk of leek 1/2 bunch of dill 4 tbs oil 2 tbs flour (for fish) 2-3 tbs flour for mustard sauce 2 tbs of Dijon mustard 1 cup of bouillon

Directions:-Boil potatoes in water for 20-25 min. Let cool . peel and slice into disk. -wash leek and cut into rings. -wash dill, dry with paper towel and chop fine. - in a small sauce pan melt 2 tbs butter and bind with 2 tbs of flour. Stir until combined, then add a cup of bouillon. Add the mustard and stir til smooth. Taste and adjust with salt & pepper. -add most of the dill but keep some for decorating.
-heat oil in a pan and fry potato disk and leeks for about 10 min. - in a second pan heat oil and fry the fish filet until golden brown on both sides. - takeout of pan and let simmer on top of potatoes and leek for bout 5 more min. |

Notes: Fish filet done in the oven works as well. I like to boil my potatoes 1 day earlier and peel them before I fry them . They keep the shape better that way.
