1# Blackeye Peas
6 Slices Crumbled Bacon
1 Lg. Onion , Chopped
1/2 Green Pepper , Chopped
2-8 OZ. Tomato Sauce
1- Bottle Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp. Thyme
1/4 Cup Crushed Red Pepper Chili's
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas as normal- drain. In large mixing bowl,
combine peas with all other ingredients. Bake in casserole for 20-25 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Crumble Cheese on Top , Serve with Corn Muffins.
