1 15-oz box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c sugar
5 c flour
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp cinnamon
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c oil
1 qt buttermilk
1 1/2 c raisins, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix dry ingredients. Combine eggs, oil and buttermilk, and stir into dry ingredients, mixing well. Add additional raisins if desired. Bake desired number of muffins for 20 minutes. Batter will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
