1 3-oz pkg cream cheese
3 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
1 tsp Creole seasoning salt
Dash cayenne pepper
3 tbsp diced onion
1 c diced green bell pepper
2 c chopped pecans, divided
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except reserving 1 cup of the chopped pecans for the coating. Form into 2 or 3 balls. Roll balls in reserved nuts to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
