1 9-oz pkg frozen spinach
1 16-oz carton sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 1-oz envelope Ranch dressing mix
1 7-oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach in a small amount of salted and peppered water. Drain well and pat dry between paper towels. Chop finely.

While spinach is cooking, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix. Add spinach, water chestnuts and onions, and mix well to combine.

Serve with Wheat Thins crackers.
