1 lb. of ground turkey
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
Cilantro to your liking, chopped
2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. of Hot/Sweet Chili Sauce

Combine all ingredients and make into patties. Cook like you would a burger. (ie: grill, pan fry, broil, etc.)
