Lemon or Orange rind grated
Parsley
2 cloves Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix one tablespoon of finely grated lemon rind
with 1/3 cup of finely chopped fresh-flat leaf parsley.
and 2 minced garlic cloves.
Serve Gremolata in a small bowl to be sprinkled
on top of the meaty dish.Well known with osso buco.Very good with any kind of stew.
