Ingredients:

In a bowl, mix:

1 1/2 Cup of flour
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 Cup of Hershey cocoa
pinch of salt

Add:

1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp vinegar (any kind)
1 Cup water
Frosting:

In an electric mixing bowl, beat together following ingredients and frost the cake:

1/3 Cup of Hershey cocoa
2 Cups confectionery sugar
1/4 Cup margarine or butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 Cup evaporated milk; or half and half cream or regular milk

Bake 350 degrees in a sprayed small pan for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean in the
center. You can also use a muffin tin for cupcakes.

A favorite of everyone who tastes it. I used to make it for all the birthday parties for each of the children through the years. Michelle, Jeff, Melanie and Bryan all liked to help.
