Rump Roast
flour
salt
pepper
onions chopped (you will need more onion for the chicken)
celery chopped (you will need more celery for the chicken)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
water

Noodles
3 eggs
3 tablespoon milk
3 tablespoon baking powder
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, flour, salt and pepper. Saute onions and celery. 1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, add water after meat is cooked, then cover.

Chicken, cut into pieces, flour, salt, pepper. Saute onions and celery. Combine together. Use chicken broth after adding the noodles.

Noodles
Combine eggs, milk, baking powder, add flour until it can take no more (sticky)
Roll until it won't stretch any more. Allow to dry, cut int1/2 inch to 1 inch squares.(dry by hanging over back of chairs, or on the table but you will need to turn frequently. When you add the noodles you'll need to add more water or broth. Sauce must be boiling when you add noodles. Noddles come to the top until they absorb some of the liquid stirring occasionally.

Serve with a salad and you have a completely meal. Fruit on the side is good idea.
