Salt & Pepper
LOTS of PEPPER
Bacon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse boneless pork roast and pat dry.
Always fat side up!

Brush with olive oil lightly or cooking oil. (helps salt and pepper to stick to meat)

Fat side up!
Salt and heavily pepper ( add a lot of pepper) all sides of roast.

Line a pan with foil and spray with Pam, and place roast in pan. FAT SIDE UP!!!

At this point you can wrap bacon slices around roast IF you choose to use bacon.

Bake 300-325 Quoting a time is difficult since I always bake a large roast. For a medium size roast, check after 1 hr and 45 minutes. You can use a meat thermometer and you will want an internal temp of about 160-170 º
