3 cups cooked rice
1 cup molasses
1 1/4 cups salt pork (cubed)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. mixed spice
1 cup flour
2 cups raisins
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Allow rice to cool and add salt pork and molasses. Sift flour and spices. Add raisins, mixing all ingredients together. Pour into 9" x9" greased pans.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 min. at 350 degrees.
