Chicken breasts cut in med. slices
Tony's seasoning
Butter and olive oil
Mushrooms sliced
Flour
2/3 cup of chicken broth
1/4 cup of wine or sherry
Artichoke hearts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375.
Season chicken, coat them lightly with flour.
Brown chicken in butter and olive oil.
Place chicken in large casserole dish.
Add artichokes
Saute mushrooms & chopped onion in butter & olive oil,
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the mushrooms.
Stir in chicken broth and then the wine
Pour mixture over the chicken and artichokes
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the mixture
cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta
