2 or more lbs. of venison
bell peppers
small onions (pearl)
cherry tomatoes
pineapple
any other vegetable that suits

Directions:

Trim any silver skin and fat from the venison; cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch cubes. Marinate for minimum of 3 hours in your favorite marinade or use Italian dressing. Skewer the meat and vegetable and lightly season with Lawrys or salt and pepper.
Grill for 20 minutes turning several times. Serve with grilled potatoes, garlic toast and cold beer.

This recipe came in an e-mail from Nick Mertz and I have never actually tried it but sounds interesting and I'm sure it is good.
