Mix in a bowl:

1 Cup flour
1 Cup water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Cream of tartar
Ω Cup salt

Mix over low heat until thick. Separate into clumps and add red, green, or yellow food
coloring to each clump. Cool. Store in the refrigerator in airtight containers.

We used this for years when we were living overseas as there was little shopping available. I
had lost the original recipe, but luckily Melanie gave me a similiar one. When Michelle and
Woody went out for the evening, and Dad and I had Billy, we could have something special to do.
Later, Jonathan also enjoyed this creative dough.
