2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. grated Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas (medium size)
1 can chopped green chilies
chopped ripe olives (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, cool, skin and shred. Make sauce by mixing the other ingredients (except cheese) and heat in sauce pan or in microwave. Warm the tortillas; place some chicken, cheese, olives and some sauce in each tortilla and roll up. Place each as rolled in a 9x13 pan; put extra sauce on top. Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling. You can also zap in microwave.
