1 lb. ground beef, browned
Taco seasoning packet and water amount on packet
Salsa (I use about one jar of Trader Joe's peach salsa)
8 refrigerator biscuits, cut each into 8 pieces
Lettuce, sour cream, tomato, etc. as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef; add taco seasoning and water. Add biscuit pieces and salsa, stirring gently. Put into 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake 18-23 minutes at 375º until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes (until cheese melts). Cut into squares and serve. Add any toppings you wish.
