"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
For a slight variation try this: Grandma Morris's Cranberry sauce; use one bag of whole cranberries and 4 Granny Smith apples; cut up. Boil cranberries and apples in water until soft. Drain water and run both through sieve or masher. Use in place of jellied cranberry and apple sauce. Add 2 cups of sugar, 2 boxes of raspberry jello, 1 cup of boiling water. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
