1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onions
1/2 stick butter2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup catchup
1 cup beef broth
2 tsp. salt
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (Lee and Parrin)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, and onions in butter. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer untill celery is tender.

Options
1. add to shredded beef
2. add to meat(also ribs)
3. keep in an air tight container in the refrig. to be used as desired.
4. Always better the second day

Generally the recipe is multiplied by 4 or 5 times.
