1 can black beans, drained
1 can white shoepeg beans, drained
6 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
6 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed lime juice
1/4 Cup fresh cilantro
1/4 Cup scallions
1/4 Cup red onions
1/2 Cup fresh chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
chopped jalapenos

Mix in a bowl and use for a dip. Chill overnight and serve.
