1c. Breakstone's cottage cheese
1c. Breakstone's sour cream
1 8oz. container Temptee Cream cheese (or other whipped cream cheese)
5 eggs, beaten
1/2c. (1 stick) Breakstone's butter, melted
1/2.c honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
7 c. (16 oz.) wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, butter, honey,cinnamon, and salt. In large bowl until well blended. Add noodles, apples, and raisins; mix well. Spoon into greased 12x9 baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Bake at 350ºF. for 50-55 minutes or until set.
