48 oz of whole milk
1 can of condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 eggs
2 8 oz, cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla

Use loaf pan and place enough sugar to coat the pan on the bottom and caramelize the sugar over the fire (in the pan).

Bring milk to a boil. Add all other ingredients to food processor and mix . Pour in a little hot milk and puree the mixture and then empty into the rest of the milk.

Pulse until well mixed. Pour into loaf pans and place in a larger roasting pan. Pour hot water in the roasting pan to reach half way up the loaf pans. Cook at 325º. Should take 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Take out of oven. Take out of water. Let cool. Refrigerate for several hours.

Can make in small custard cups. Check to see if it is done by inserting a knife in the center. Should be clean, but will jiggle a little.
