1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup flour
less than 1/8 tsp of salt
2 tsp of baking powder
1 3/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of milk
3 cups of sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Mix with 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar. Slowly turn in the milk. Melt butter in 8x8x2 in pan pour batter over butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 1 hour at 350º.

Double the recipe for a 9 x 13 pan. Can change the fruit - try adding blueberries or blackberries. Use cherries instead of peaches.
