8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2-3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2/3 cup milk
1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip
2 baked 9-inch pie crust
or use graham cracker pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add the peanut butter and milk and beat well. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into the baked pie shell. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.

Mothers Peanut Butter Pie won a Blue Ribbon
At The Department of Banking & Finance in 1998.

The Blue Ribbon was presented to Mother by General Robert F Milligan, who was the CFO for the State of Florida. Gen.Milligan thought a lot of Mother and attended Mother's funeral.
