8 slices bacon
2/3 C brown sugar packed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste

Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Place wire cooling rack in shallow foil-lined pan; spray with cooking spray. Mix pepper and sugar in shallow dish, or on wax paper. Add bacon, 1 slice at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice. Pat sugar onto bacon. Place on wire rack. Bake 20 min. or until crisp and golden brown. Watch so it doesn't burn.
