3/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco Shortening
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-0purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.
Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at med. speed with electric mixer untill well blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 3 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Cool for 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.
