1C Raisins
1/2C Warm Rum or 2 or 3 Tbsp Rum Extract in 1/2 cup warm Water,

1C Butter Softened (2 sticks)
1/2C Powdered Sugar
2C Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Raisins to boil in rum. Remove from heat and cover for 30 min then drain.

Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Roll out dough 1/2" thick on floured board. Cut with Cutter. Add raisins and cover. Bake at 375º for 20 min. Makes 12 cookes
