20 - 25 pierogies
1 medium onion
1/2 small green pepper
1 tbsp. margarine (or butter)

1 ham steak or kielbasa (diced)
(or substitute with fried bacon pieces)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in the margarine. Toss with the pierogies and ham. Place in casserole dish. Pour over the mushroom soup mixed with milk. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake @ 350º F. for 35 min.
