5 medium potatoes (boiled, peeled, and diced)
3 boiled eggs (peeled)
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
3/4 cups onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
1 tbs mustard
1 tsp sweet relish
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add potatoes, boiled eggs, celery, and onion. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet relish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and stir well. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
