3 pounds lean ground meat
1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
4 cloves garlic,minced
2 tablespoon Chile powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon salt
2 (16-ounce) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 (14.5-ounce) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
2 cups Bloody Mary mix
1 (12-ounce) bottle lager-style beer
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
Hot Dogs and buns or baked potatoes
Topping:shredded Cheese blend, sliced green onion

1. In a medium stockpot, combine ground meat, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly.

2. Add beans, tomatoes,Bloody Mary mix,beer, an tomato paste to beef mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat:reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with hot dogs and buns or baked potatoes with desired topping.
