1 lb. Ground Beef
2 large Potatoes
4 medium carrots
1 large onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef in a two liter casserole pan. Cover meat with thinly sliced carrots and onion. Place thinly sliced potatoes over vegetables. Mix seasoning into can of tomato soup and pour over top of potatoes. Cover casserole with plastic wrap and microwave at high for 30 minutes or until vegetables are fork=tender in the centre.
