1 medium head lettuce, shredded;
1/4 c. chopped green onion;
1 c. finely chopped celery;
1/2 c. chopped green pepper;
10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas (uncooked);
1 can sliced water chestnuts;
2 c. mayonnaise;
2 T. sugar;
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese;
1 tsp. salt;
8 slices crisp bacon;
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced;
4 tomatoes, cut in wedges;




Directions:
Directions:
Line 9"x13" pan with lettuce. Add layer each of onions, celery, peas, green pepper, and water chestnuts. Spread mayonnaise over top, sealing edges. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, salt, garlic powder and Parmesan. Before serving sprinkle with bacon bits and garnish with sliced eggs and tomato wedges
