3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c water

1 pkg. instant pudding
1 pkg. imitation whipped cream
1 3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until well mixed. Add sugar and beat untill thick. Add flour, baking powder, and water. Mix. Line 10 1/2" X 15 1/2" X 1" pan with waxed paper and pour in mixture. Bake at 400º F for 15 minutes.

Place a sheet of waxed paper over a sheet of foil and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Turn the roll onto this and roll up. Put in refrigerator until cool.

Mix pudding, whipped cream, and milk and beat until thick.

Unroll jelly roll and spread with mixture. Roll up. When ready to serve, slice.
