1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast, rounded
3/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Filling:
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato paste
1/4 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped dry onion
3/4 lb grated cheese
1/2 c. tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dough by adding yeast to lukewarm and stir after 10 min. Add oil, sugar, salt and milk to the yeast mixture. Slowly add flour. Mix until well blended. Dough should be soft, but not sticky. Add water if needed. Pat out dough on ungreased 11" X 15" pan. BROWN AND DRAIN the ground beef. Soak the dry onion. Mix ingredients, except cheese and juice, and spread over the dough. Bake at 425º for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread grated cheese on top and pour tomato juice over cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more. Remove from oven and cut to desired size.

The kids loved this, when they were living at home. Pizza for a family of six was expensive and this was a great alternative, especially for birthday parties and slumber parties.
